The Wishart

The Wishart was designed to provide efficiency as a volume container for litter depositing and emptying. The combination of main body and hood inhibits the scavenging of seagulls, wind spilling rubbish or rain flooring the contents. Simple removal and refitting of bag liners ensures hygienic handling and containment of the waste materials deposited.

The overall appearance of the bin has been designed to promote function, pleasing aesthetic and minimal obstruction to the pedestrian.

The body of the bin provides clear surface areas for applied advertising graphics, i.e. Dundee logo – litter. The ground-fixing place ensures that regardless of terrain, the bin can be stabilised and secured with minimum surface scarring.

The structure of the “Wishart” litter bins is of an all-steel monocoque construction for maximum strength. All-steel will be galvanised, degassed, etch primed and polyester powder coated.
